✦ The artist reserves the right to decline commissions, cancel and refund money at any time for any reason.

✦ The artist retains all rights over artworks. this includes but is not limited to the right to use artworks as a sample for sales / self-promotion, or add artworks to personal galleries, portfolios, or social medias.

✦ The artist reserves the right to modify any rejected artworks to be kept or sold at a later date.

✦ Commissioned artworks are strictly for NON commercial use. Commercial work is subject to additional terms and a contract in place.

✦ By breaking my TOS, you forfeit all rights to the commissioned work. I will retain the right to reuse and resell the work, and you may be blacklisted from interacting with my business again. Should you own a design by me on Toyhouse, I may report you to staff for breaking my TOS.

✦ Respond clearly and within a timely manner when asked for feedback.

✦ Assume responsibility for failing to provide the required information at the appropriate time during the project.

✦ ALWAYS credit the artist when posting the commissioned artwork online.

✦ Pay for additional transactions and currency conversions included in the payment.

✦ Communication is to be conducted via Artistree. Alternatively Discord if you prefer not to use Artistree for communication.

✦ Clients may be sent work in progress images during the project for feedback or revisions, depending on the type of commission.

✦ Artworks are not guaranteed to be finished on a specified deadline. However, I will try my best to meet any reasonable time frame you have in mind. Rushed deadlines may require an extra fee.

✦ Completed commissions will be sent in PNG format. You may request HD files be sent via email (you must provide your email). I do not distribute PSD files.

✦ Payment is upfront. Payment must be complete in full prior to beginning the project.

✦ Payments are made in USD via Artistree (Artistree uses Stripe for payment, Stripe accepts Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App, and card payment)

✦ I do not take DeviantArt Points or any other form of virtual currency as payment unless otherwise specified.

✦ Major edits or revisions to artworks or requests for rushed deadlines may require an extra fee.

✦ Completed artworks cannot be refunded.

✦ Artworks are only refundable if it is incomplete. A kill fee of 30% of the total value will be charged for the termination of a project.

✦ If I, for some reason, am unable to finish the project within 6 months, you may opt for a full refund.

✦ If you request a chargeback at any point during or after the project, you will lose all aforementioned rights to the artwork and I will retain the right to reuse and resell the artwork, and you will be blacklisted from interacting with my business again.

✦ You must always credit the artist for created artworks and designs. Failure to credit is a violation of the TOS.

✦ You have the right to use your commission for any personal use you want ( avatars / icons / profile pictures, wallpapers, banners, personal galleries, etc. ) with proper credit given.

✦ You may not profit off the commissioned art or use it in a commercial manner, it is for personal use only.

✦ You may not use the commissioned art or design for any form of hate speech or bigotry.

✦ Do not manipulate / edit the commissioned artwork in any way without permission from the artist.

✦ Do not remove the watermark or signature on the artwork.

✦ You may not use any of the artworks for any sort of NFT / blockchain / cryptocurrency.

✦ You may not feed any of the artworks into AI programs.
